Cork City FC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Coach to join our academy setup. This role focuses on developing our U15 players both technically and personally, preparing them for the next level of their football journey.
The successful candidate will work within our structured academy program, delivering high-quality coaching sessions that focus on individual player development while maintaining team cohesion and competitive performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach looking to make a real impact on young players' development in a professional academy environment.
- UEFA B License (minimum)
- Experience coaching youth players (U12-U18)
- Strong understanding of player development principles
- Excellent communication skills with young players
- Safeguarding certification
- First Aid qualification preferred
- Deliver structured training sessions for U15 academy players
- Monitor and assess individual player development
- Prepare teams for academy league matches
- Maintain detailed player development records
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Work collaboratively with other academy coaches
