We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Coach to lead our senior team in the Premier Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a club that has a rich history and ambitious plans for the future.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of first team coaching, including tactical preparation, training sessions, player development, and match day management. You will work closely with our technical director and academy staff to ensure a cohesive approach throughout the club.

- UEFA Pro License (essential)
- Minimum 5 years experience coaching at senior level
- Proven track record of success in competitive football
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in player development and tactical analysis
- Knowledge of modern coaching methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Lead all first team training sessions and match preparation
- Develop and implement tactical strategies for matches
- Manage player development and performance
- Work with medical and fitness staff on player conditioning
- Represent the club at press conferences and media events
- Collaborate with academy coaches on player pathway
- Analyze opposition teams and prepare match reports
